Mountains I Have Conquered
Author: Susan Faith
I’m going to climb a mountain this afternoon and when I come back - I want you to be waiting for me with open arms which never let go. As I ascend the mountain, I will bring a bag full of dead weight and a large shiny sterling silver shovel. At the top of the mountain, I will dig a large hole through the many layers of the earth and drop in, one by one, all of the issues which are not serving my highest purpose because they are keeping me from you.
I plan to bury them very deep in the core of the earth’s energy, knowing that they will never harm the earth and that I need to rid myself of them. I will replace the emptiness of the bag with much love and light and knowledge … about who I truly am and why I truly am now. With the silver shovel, now only slightly tarnished, I will view the reflection of my true self - a goddess created in the image of God to bring love and light to all those with whom I meet, starting with THE most important person, me.
