“Bullied to Silence” had its World Premiere at Boston Int’l Film Festival on April 16, 2012 and there has been a whirlwind of excitement about this timely, inspirational, feature documentary that focuses on verbal and cyber bullying.

“Bullied to Silence” began production on March 4, 2011. After almost three months of filming interviews, events and involving dozens of people and their stories, we will be wrapping production shortly.
The journey has been amazing… filled with exclusive interviews from Tyler Clementi’s family, teen musicians who are writing songs with an anti-bullying message as some overcome the hurt and challenge of being bullied, role models from the sports, musical, art, professional, political worlds- both youth and adult- speaking on their experiences with bullying and what they are doing to stop the hurtful and hateful words now. A Filmmaker’s Journey” has been chosen to screen at the prestigious Sedona Int’l Film Festival, Feb.20-27, in Sedona, Arizona. “Let It Begin! A Filmmaker’s Journey” will screen prior to the feature documentary, “Composed” which is also receiving much excitement from the SIFF Organizers. Showing dates/times to follow asap. I just returned from Boston where I had a wonderful time. Having lived in the Boston suburbs for over twenty years, returning now as a “tourist” can be really fun and exciting. This trip, one of the great things I experienced was all of the different cultures in the City, by eating at restaurants of different ethnic foods from around the world. (more…)

Everything happens for a reason. A few months ago, I was on a flight and noticed a flight attendant’s bracelet. I asked her what it meant and she told me it was in memory of a flight attendant, Mel, who lost her battle with Breast Cancer. Although she never met Mel, flight attendants world-wide have supported Mel’s charity. She wrote the website on a piece of paper. Why did I find this piece of paper today, months after I received it?
